The Central Superior Services (CSS) exam is regarded as Pakistan's most difficult and aspiring exam. After receiving the degree, most students want to attempt exam. The first thought that comes to mind is, "The exam is practically impossible to pass."
This is the primary cause of the failure at first. Then there's the overconfident student who knows a little bit about English vocabulary or grammar or who has a published article in the morning newspaper and believes is the only one who can sit on the throne of CSP.
In this situation, the intelligent person who comes from a middle-class family or a small town begins to prepare with a lot of negative thoughts.
What happens is that, sooner or later, every candidate becomes motivated, particularly in December, and begins preparing, attending classes, taking notes, and never sharing them with anyone.
Now, it is the time when only 2 months are left and we need to remember idioms/phrases, practice precise without understanding the main theme, memorize current affairs without knowing the causes of world issues, and attempt each and every question- Basically, we are in hurry, right? we need to work fast, true?
Working hard means start understanding each and every perspective of the situation/topic and then making an approach. What CSS Aspirants are doing is remembering the perspective of others, and copying the approach through academy notes or seniors' viewpoints.
Where is your own personality to view anything?
Suppose, when you see an accident, do you ask people there to answer? You always put your viewpoint or perspective to reflect the true situation. Why are you taking CSS for granted? You have the Internet, you can search for anything. Then, why are you relying on the academy or senior's notes and advice?
Truly,
What aspirants do is "Fast Work" instead of "Hard work".
To be clear, aspirants typically begin working under the supervision of seniors (so-called most intelligent people).
Let's have your approach revealed!
- It includes remembering idioms and phrases, but it is useless if you do not practice the language.
- Remembering dates in current events is difficult, but if you are not familiar with the event, what happened at the time will never provide you with a memory to save.
- Again, no grammatical errors, you need to be perfect. But if you don't write shit, you can't make it perfect.
This so-called brainstorming of CSS aspirants across various platforms is destroying the youth. They rely on doger, mcat, sat, and other books. But what they really need is their own point of view.
CSS is not about being Perfect but Suitable.
CSS is not about having a good time during the exam and answering all the questions. It is about your point of view on the subject.
Examiners want to understand your approach, not just how well you memorised the material. They want you to be an evaluator, a critic, and a narrator. They want to know where you stand on various issues.

Please refrain from remembering unnecessary idioms. Yes, it is unnecessary.
Your personality is reflected in the way you speak or write. You can memorise idioms, phrases, and events without understanding them. But, this is of no use except fooling yourself to answer the question but not passing the exam.
Don't be in a hurry. The examiner is interested in hearing which idioms you liked and chose for the specific situation. You search for your own idioms and phrases, which you can justify with argumentative sentences.
To relate to a specific topic, you must understand and watch the news because your approach makes the connection. You must refine your personality in terms of thoughts and ideas.
For instance, if you are studying gender studies. If you are reading about feminism, you must first read the definition. Now, ask a few questions of your mind about the concept. Then type your thoughts into Google and you'll find someone else's theory on the subject. Then apply the theory and observe whether you are being justified, negative, or supportive in your approach. If you start writing, ask yourself if you can justify your argument.
This is how the exam should be approached.
Do not allow yourself to become a victim of past failures, but rather of unnecessary intelligent seniors. To change your approach, concentrate on yourself.
